such a pretty place to stay, loved the vibe! Positive: everything! Negative: the floors were a bit dirty, after walking the whole day in the apartment our white socks turned black :(

Near to Parks - Yas Island Positive: Τhe accommodation had many amenities, it was comfortable, relatively clean, and the facilities it had were satisfactory. However, the downside of the story comes from the management company. We had made a reservation for 3 people, but they had not prepared the apartment for three. I had to make the sofa bed for the little one to sleep. When we requested sheets, this never happened, even though we were told that they would bring them. Unacceptable behavior. Negative: Unacceptable behavior from the management company of the accommodation; they did not respect us, and we had to make our own beds despite having made a reservation for more people.

Positive: Понравилась сама квартира - все чисто, приятно, удобная кровать. Удивило только, почему был только один халат на двух гостей и недостаточное количество полотенец.. Также благодарю, что нам разрешили выехать на час позже. Negative: Момент переезда был самым неприятным. Хозяин/компания не прислали заранее информацию с кодом для получения ключей ,а также информацию с паролем к вайфаю. Очень много времени потратила на нахождение интернета, поиска писем с информацией, думая, что я пропустила.Пришлось просить знакомых звонить 2 раза, чтоб получить эту информацию. Из-за этого остался неприятный осадок. Была в моменте очень зла, потому что мы еще спешили на концерт и было не так много времени для подготовки. Самое интересное, что в день отъезда пришло смс по ватсапу, что нас рады приветствовать... и хотели дать информацию по заезду.. Видимо ошиблись.. Из-за этого снижаю балл..
